Embron Group to divest Norautron to Norvestor
Norvestor IX SCSp (“Norvestor”) has signed an agreement to acquire Norautron from Embron Group AS. Headquartered in Horten, Norway and with deep roots in the regional electronics cluster. The Broch family, through Embron, will continue as a minority shareholder following the transaction.
